Sumlo

Timesheets into branded client reports. We were tired of copying data from Toggl into a spreadsheet every Friday, so we built a tool to do it automatically. From idea to live product in a long weekend.

Sumlo
Built in 3 days | .NET 10 | Toggl + Harvest + Clockify | 4 pricing tiers | Live

Day one.

The problem was simple. Every Friday, Sharon spent two hours copying time tracking data from Toggl into a spreadsheet to generate client reports. We decided to automate it. Claude Code for scaffolding, .NET 10 for the API, Razor for the UI.

Day two.

First working end-to-end: login, connect Toggl, pick a project, export a branded PDF. Rough but functional. Added Harvest and Clockify integrations using their public APIs.

Day three.

Polish, branding, payment tiers via LemonSqueezy. Deployed to Azure. Live at sumlo.io with four pricing tiers (£9 solo up to £199 agency).

What stuck.

Clear brief. Proven stack. AI-assisted boilerplate. No meetings, no approvals, just shipping. That is the model.
